At Fatcat yoga, we believe that yoga should be as approachable as it is enjoyable, and you have the freedom to take your practice as seriously or as lightly as you’d like. We’re the yogis that believe that a perfect pose is the one that feels just right for you. That means in our classes, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a first-time participant, you’re welcomed with open paws.

We embody the spirit of the “Fat Cat” – confident, relaxed, and always up for a little adventure. We want to encourage body acceptance and self-care in all its forms. Every person deserves to spend time looking after themselves. We’re here to support you, inspire you, and make yoga a delightful part of your life.

SCHEDULE

All classes are priced at £12, payable in cash or by card on arrival. If cancelling less than 24hrs before a class, you will still be charged.

Energising Vinyasa

Dynamic flow with the breath

Relaxing Hatha

Slower pace, with a focus on breathwork

CLASSES

Find out about the types of classes we offer, and see if there's something that works for you

HATHA

Within a hatha yoga class, you can expect a slower pace, holding postures for a little longer than a standard class. And in hatha, breath is everything. The class focuses on posture, breathing technique and mindset as the core of the whole practise.

VINYASA

Vinyasa yoga is all about flow and following the breath. Traditionally, one movement accompanies the inhale, followed by a new movement with the exhale. This class is all about finding a mind-body connection, as well as an added bonus of improving flexibility and strength.

BEGINNER

As the name suggests, this class is ideal for someone who's interested in dipping their toe into yoga, or learning a bit more about the practice. This class will give you a gentle introduction to the techniques used, some different yoga styles, finding your breath and understanding the 'why' behind the practice.
